2 Years Imprisonment for Halewood Taxi Driver

Robert DALLY pleaded guilty to being in 'possession with intent to supply Class A drugs' on Wednesday 28 June 2017.

On Friday 4th November 2016 Police officers travelling on the M6 southbound, near to junction 14, stopped a Vauxhall Zafira on the slip road of the motorway at the request of TITAN.

The driver of the vehicle, Robert DALLY 14/02/1966 was detained and a black holdall was found in the rear of the vehicle containing a quantity of heroin and cocaine.

DALLY was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled drug with intent to supply.
He was interviewed and stated that he had collected the drugs earlier that day from a person in Liverpool who he wasn’t prepared to name. He did this to pay off a monetary debt that he owed to them.

Subsequent analysis of the drugs recovered found that some was high quality cocaine with a street value of £2,700.
Also recovered was approximately half a kilo of compressed heroin and an amount of caffeine and paracetamol which are used as a bulking agent, when the compressed heroin is mixed with the bulking agents it would have a street value of £18,000.
The total street value of the drugs seized was £20,700.

DALLY appeared at Liverpool Crown Court on Wednesday the 28th of June 2017 and pleaded ‘Guilty’ to possession with intent to supply Class A drugs.

DALLY was sentenced today at Liverpool Crown Court for 2 years imprisonment for his involvement in Operation Castel.
